2. Download and install the Firefox ESR v52
   1. https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-52.0esr-SSL&os=win&lang=en-US
3. That should work, assuming the game worked before the update.

CP: go to Control Panel, Programs and Features and it should kick you to: "To uninstall or change a program" click on Mozilla and select uninstall.

That's not necessary for this version of firefox, the ESR version will support vmk until v59. After v59 you will have to turn off auto-updates.
I highly recommend not turning off auto updates as it exposes your computer to virus and other malicious attackers.

I currently can't access the game on Firefox... if I do this would I be able to restore all my bookmarks even though it's going from vanilla firefox to ESR? Or would those be lost?

All your passwords and bookmarks stay the same when you uninstall regular firefox and install ESR. Nothing changes, I've installed it on multiple machines and it's working.

okay, so i got it work, but it loads, then still gets stuck on the main screen. the eventually goes black?
am i doing something? is there a setting in firefox i need to do? when i click on the "i" it says myvmk.com not secure??
