In the Magic Shop, there's a "gift card" pin for 10,000 credits...

does anyone know what it does, or if it does anything at all?

You buy it for 10k, trade it to someone, and they can sell it and receive 9500 credits.

It's a way to trade credit sprees without the risk of running into someone who might be a jerk and have you buy a bunch of stuff, then flake out. It sells for 9500 credits.

It's a new way to trade credits. But it has a penalty. It costs you 10,000CS, but it is only worth 9,500CS afterwards. There's a 500CS penalty fee on it. It's just an alternative to trading mass amounts of items for credit sprees.
