For the past month I've been trying to log in occasionally but after the initial loading logo the screen goes black and doesn't do anything. I even left it for an hour just to see if it will load given time and still nothing happened. Just for the heck of it I tried logging in on my sister computer over the holidays and it worked from hers but only for about half an hour then I disconnected and wasn't able to log back on from hers or mine.
I've restarted, tried different browsers, re-downloaded chrome, updated shockwave, cleared cache. Pretty much all the basic troubleshooting you can think of and nothing is working.
So if someone could help that'd be great
