It's a known issue with Macs. Also related to Mac Shockwave support. Unfortunately, as of now it won't likely be fixed until the new client launches (Sorry, put 1.0 in an earlier version of this post). Until then, if you need something, shoot a PM to Grizzly or an e-mail to contact@myvmk.com, or depending on the severity and nature of the report and how quickly it needs addressed, have a friend report someone for you.

As a fellow Mac user this has happened to me a few times, Like Cell said just don't use and use other ways if you need help from staff :)
