Help! make it stop!

how do i stop this??? the blue dash bar is cut off and the side is too!

EDIT: i am not zoomed in, when i zoom out there is just an empty blackness where everything should be!i can click the map and ssuff, but everything on the blue bar is gone! empty blackness weather i zoom out or in so...

Did you zoom in? Try pressing control then - a few times.

Hit "control" + "minus". You are zoomed in. It does that sometimes
