Honestly I would personally say green minnie. The Halloween items are a harder sell now a days. If I had a trade and I was given the option to choose between the two, I would go with green minnie

I think there are fewer Candy Cauldrons... so I would personally say Candy Cauldron.

Personally I feel like green minnie is like 6-8k and cauldron is like 10k. Just my opinion.

Also people only need 1 green minnie but can need many cauldrons for different rooms.

They're both the same value so it's an even trade. It never hurts to ask if you get a higher offer but don't expect anything more than a few thousand as an add-on or you'll be ripping off the other player.
