How did people get Epcot room pins?

I've seen people wearing them and, since I haven't played for about a month, I have no idea where they came from.

for winning them this month you get the room pin
you can win them in all events except the pin trading

host events give them out in pin form. u can trade them or redeem it. once its redeemed u can no longer trade it

Those came from "pin of the day". Where there's a new pin every day. You can still get them at "Pin Trading At The Mansion" events this month.. They were available for 1 day earlier this month and sold for 500 credits each. Under Shop > Pins > Tomorrowland
