Husband's Acct Issue

Hi! I made my husband an account with the hopes that one day he would join (wishful thinking). When I tried logging on, it asked me to verify age (over 13). When I clicked to confirm, it took me to an error page. Can anyone help me with this? I don't remember if I attached his email to the account, or mine, so I did not want to send a contact us message.

Did you click the actual little white box on the far left? It's a little weirdly placed but I think that's the issue!
