Hi everyone. My account keeps getting disconnected and my pins and clothes keep disappearing. I send a call for help every time I notice this (afraid my account is being hacked or something) but then when I relog-on the items are usually all back. I have no idea what's happening and I feel bad for sending calls for help when the items may or may not actually be disappearing? I also don't want staff to think I'm the girl who cried wolf or something like that.
