I noticed lots of players wearing the Green Flip Hat and other pretty awesome items. Is there a way to get them besides trading? A shop that sells them?

All three of the flip hats have been retired. Any items that you don't find under the shop button or in the specials sections of shops are retired.
The pink flip hat shouldn't be too hard to get though! Good luck! ^_^
