Jungle Cruise Black Screen

Hello!

I've been trying to play JC but the past 5 times I tried, the game is about to load and screen turns play with JC music in background and Ned's head at the corner and nothing happens. I sent a Call for Help and staff replied telling me to clear my cache... I did and the issue is still happening but I do not want to send another CFH. HAs anyone had this issue before? I'm using Chrome, if that matters.

I thought i was the only one! I'm also getting black screen with ned in bottom corner it seems. Classic fws is working for me though so that's me second go-to lol

I was thinking the exact same. I thought it was just me too :O
