Jungle Cruise Not Working

I have tried several times to enter Jungle Cruise and, after it loads, the screen remains black with just Shrunken Ned appearing and the sound of the boat sounding. The Loading Screen

The Game (just add the sound of the Boat which gets annoying after a while)

It has not been working for me either since last nite. same thing, as above, black screen. have to log out of game and come back.
