Jungle Cruise

I haven't been able to play jungle cruise properly in over a week and I was hoping somebody on here could help me. Basically, my boat doesn't move at all or I only get clouds where the animals would have been. I sent an email and haven't heard back from anyone, but I've also tried re-installing shockwave, clearing my cache, and switching browsers.
Please help!!!!

I have problems as well.
It lags a lot, and I can't steer my boat or see any animals, and suddenly it just goes to another stage.

From what I have read in other help threads this game doesn't run very smoothly (or at all) on the latest version of Shockwave. Try an older version first and see if that helps
