errr varies i guess. sometimes its fast sometimes its slow. i think the more ppl in the room it goes fast?

You need to be standing right next to the basket.

Sometimes if you go in room by yourself, you will find them. If you are in a room with more people, more baskets will spawn, especially when people first enter the room. Usually a basket for each person or so. In my experience so far. Also found some in driving areas so have magic on you! It also seems that if someone clicks the basket before you, you are not able to get them because they have dibs. Just my opinion of what I think to be happening Hoppy hunting!

I'm guessing the hats and the tsum tsums other than Mickey & Minnie but how rare are they?

I was told that there are no ultra rares, but idk how true that is. Also, why are there times where I can't click on a basket?

I've opened almost 100 baskets and not found any hats yet so I reckon those will be the rare items, if there is any? I feel like the Mickey and Minnie tsums tsums are common whilst thumper and white rabbit tsum tsums are less common.
