Except for the fact that hair is probably mega easy to add. We saw hair added no problem on OVMK for girls, why shouldn't the guys get the best hair too?

There is a difference here, the girls hair was already set up in the game, it just wasn't being sent. This hair wasn't in the game already, I have it but it's not set up. I'll get around to it at some point though, I just have more things to do before.
