Quest Kiosks have been broken for quite a long time, and is a feature that would add a lot in terms of play-ability, both for those who wish to create quests, and those who enjoy playing them. It gives players a chance to strive for best quest each month, and while staff-made quest events are nice, they are infrequent. I don't know why it's been so long to get these working, but I do hope they make a return sometime soon.
Make fixing Quest Kiosks a priority
