It's 1/11 for a rare, or 1/55 for each individual and 1/100 for a super rare, or 1/400 individually.

I beliebe Amy confirmed a while ago that Super rares are 1 percent, Rares are 9 percent and Common items are 90 percent. Which would mean my ratios are on point.
