It's very similar to Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, but with a huge upgrade. It's still within the Alpha stage of testing, but you can pre-order the game right now for a very reasonable price: $29.95.
Probably the highlight of this game for me is the scenery options. The tools featured in this game allow for some amazing creations to be made, there are even lighting setups to create actual mood lighting within the game.
