Desc:He is one of the failed prototypes of stitch, possessing all the same powers, but being a complete klutz; he knocks over anything he touches, and his only dialogue is "Woops!" after doing so, hence his name
I recgonized this experiement from the series right away but was blanking on the name and wasnt as memorable to me as the others.
