I need some values because I'm not hip with the times, sry kidz

Green Flip
Angel Hat (stitch girl not the halo)
OG Minnie
Castle Suite Room / Furni
Aloha Flip
OG HM clock
Candy Cauldrons
HM pin set (the OG w/ leota, Ezra, etc)
Yellow space pants
HM guest room (holiday & OG)
Black hm suit
Purple winter set
Cowboy pants/shirts? Probably worthless but w/e. For some reason I have a ton.
Dream ears
Both dream pins
Pirate treasure rugs (1x1)
Pirate couches
Black sparrow pants

Also can anyone tell me the "cool" new rares. I wish we had an item database because I'm just finding stuff by being in trade rooms.

It's a ton of stuff so thank you to anyone who helps out.

PS- can anyone tell me why winter sets are cool? They're ugly. Full offense. I mean I know they're rare but,,., who cares lol

OG minnie 400-500k
Castle suite 300k - furni 200k
Aloha flip - 300k
Hm guest rooms - 10-20k
cowboy stuff - not a lot like around 1-2k an a piece
dream ears 250k

these are all roundabout prices., might be a lil higher or lower.

as for new rares, I guess the white and the pumpkin flip. Also any pirate gold chest super rares like pins and the sits pins super rare are normally quite sought after too. Though they normally end up around 50-60k
