We were able to work something out! 
A general note to everyone, it's definitely okay to send in a duplicate if you're unsure! The best way to make sure the right person sees your question is to send in a CFH or an email, and a mod will hand it over to the person in charge immediately. My PM box is always open, and I check it once a day as well.
