Shockwave Problems?

Everytime I start up the game, Shockwave Director crashes right after the logo is finished loading. This hasn't happened until after the shut down this week. Is there anyway to fix this? I already tried updating it and reinstalling it but it keeps crashing.

Also sometimes I can get in for a few seconds but there is no text showing up anywhere.

Even when I do get on like this, Shockwave crashes after 5 seconds of being on the map.

If someone could please help, I would really appreciate it

I have always had this problem. Shockwave stops responding while it's loading the furniture information and then it disconnects.
