Shockwave woes

Hello there! I haven't been able to enter the kingdom since I updated my shockwave recently. What happens is I log in, load the furniture, get a disconnected box, and get sent back to the reauthentication page. Here's a list of things I've done to try and fix it, but to no avail!

• used different browsers (firefox, ie)
• reinstalled shockwave multiple times
• tried reverting to an old shockwave but vmk wouldn't allow it
• messed with the chrome plugins, disabling the in-browser shockwave and flash to see if there was a conflict
• logged out from within the reauthentication page
• using myvmk pal
• just kept trying over and over again to log in
• temporarily disabled my anti-virus program
• cleared DNS and cached (even though I heard this was not helpful)

Any help would really be appreciated!

I had to completely uninstall shockwave and reinstall fresh.
Also restart computer after the install.

This worked for me.
I use Firefox.

Gummy I updated shockwave also and It caused major issues with the game. I uninstalled and re-installed it to no avail. What I do recommend is doing a system restore to at least 2 days before updated shockwave. This worked for me and others. Good Luck!

Gummy, how's your RAM?
I had to change out my sticks recently, due to random BSOD.

Not sure if that will help but you could try a memcheck?

Shockwave updates always give me problems. On my computer I hit Ctl Alt Delete to bring up the task manager to see how many Chrome programs are running. I hit End Process on all of them, then open up a new Chrome browser.

Having the same problems with logging on...it starts loading the furniture and cuts me off.

None of these options have worked for Gummy still, we tried all of them but nothing has worked yet. :/ Does anyone else have advice?
This issue with shockwave really needs to be resolved.
