Simple Animation Program

Before my laptop crashed, I had a free program that did simple animation and don't remember the name of it. Well crashed=lost files. I have 7 pictures I like to make into an animated clip for my signature.
Can anyone help me out?

Seems I'm having issues downloading both of them. Any other options?

I downloaded one program and OH BOY, it messed up my entire laptop. Had to uninstall the program and do a system restoral.
So does anyone have another simple program that they recommend?
