Talk while playing?

Does anyone use a chat program and a headset to talk while playing?

I have a headset w a mic. Playing ghosts today I realized it would be really handy to be able to talk while playing.

Most people converse over skype with calls with their friends, yeah. I'd bet some of the people playing ghosts wouldn't be opposed to chatting if you asked.

I myself talk with my hands so it would be impossible for me to talk and click the keys at the same time............lol.

I thought about this one day.. It would be easier than trying to navigate and type at the same time.
