Trading Keys, Credits, and Credit Sprees for Halloween Items and Flip Hat

I missed out on Halloween and I am currently looking for the following items:

Black Cowboy Shirt
Cowboy Pants
Pink Princess Shoes
Blue Princess Shoes
Herbie Pants
HM Tophat

I am also looking for a flip hat. I currently do not have a ton of keys but I'm getting them and will work towards any offers for flip hat.
