Vampire Jackets Bear Arms
Today my attention was brought to the fact that the Vampire Jacket item is currently sleeveless. I'm not sure if this is a bug or some silly thing being done on purpose. Even in my inventory it shows as sleeveless.
All you have to do is put it on, and it will show your arms.
