Was 2nd in line for host event. I was supposed to be able to go into the room, but nothing loaded. Then next thing I know it's like I was booted out of the line.

Quite frustrating since now there's now way I will get into the event.

Haha that's happened to me a few times, but if you send a CFH, staff should be able to assist you
