When I talk I get frozen and then get DC PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone! This problem started this morning and Kevin told me Amy or another admin could help, so I am posting on here in hopes that someone who can help me sees this...

As of this morning, I cannot log on to myvmk and speak without my character getting frozen. I can play the game normally, but when I try to say something, I instantly cannot move anywhere, my text never shows up on the screen, and then I get DC.

PLEASE HELP ME. There's not much point to the game if I cannot communicate

Is anyone else having this problem/Does anyone know what I can do?
