Do I get a pass if I wasn't technically born in the 90s, but spent the majority (read: virtually all) of my childhood in there? I mean, I spent a grand total of three months in the 80s.

Yeah My Little Sister was Born in 99 haha Pretty Sure she doesn't remember the 90s given she spent 9 months in the 90s and ill be honest Im 96 but I was kinda too young to appreciate the 90s but I have some memories of it
