i went to a concert last night so i figured i should start a thread like this one, it's cool to see who everyone else has seen, then maybe you can find a mutual liking for a band or something.

I saw Lights and 3oh!3 at a warped tour but those are the only 2 I remember from that lol
I've also seen Hilary Duff and I met Katy Perry when I went to see her
but that's all lol
I'm not super into concerts :P

I also heard part of Local Natives' set and part of Airborne Toxic Event walking by Boston Calling on my way to Faneuil Hall one day if that counts...

Planning on buying tix to see MGMT and Ra Ra Riot soon, though, and possibly of Montreal again. Also debating Frightened Rabbit (soooo many concerts coming in October). I'm still pretty bummed that Neutral Milk Hotel sold out before I could get tix. I'm also going to see Amanda Palmer in a few weeks but it's for a benefit and not a concert per se - Neil Gaiman is also going to be there which is pretty awesome.

Been to only one concert and I'm super happy with how it all turned out. I saw Steam Powered Giraffe - A band of steampunk-automaton-dressed-pantomimes (see signature for .gifs) I got to meet them after the show even though they said they weren't going to do a meet & greet that day. One of their "humans" came up and talked to me and my friends, multiple times, like in the middle of taking pictures he just ran over to where we were sitting and he was like, "Hey guys!" and danced around and bumped his butt on my friends' n stuff. It was amazing!
