Last I heard that was just a host prize. Best place to look is the FB group to see if anyone posted a screenshot of Amy saying a certain item is released for the SitS. That's where the release of Angel was first confirmed.

Yup. For some reason the game'll tell anyone who pulls the Angel Hat that they've pulled a Green Football Helmet.
