Not yet fixed Autopia Road Trip Around VMK - Quest

I have tried to complete level 4 out of 12 for the autopia road trip around VMK (easy) and each time I collect all the atoms nothing happens. I read some things online that mentioned it was a previous glitch but am not sure how to move past this level in the quest. I've restarted the quest a couple of times and logged out and back in but it still won't let me pass. Any help would be appreciated!

you can send a call for help in game using the help button (lower right hand in button) and explain the situation and the staff can move you past that task.
