Host Pin Event?

I've never attended a pin event and im just wondering what it is and what to do when playing the event.

The Host (HOST_Leota) is wearing certain pins and she will trade you one of her pins for any pin you have. For example, last month she had the Fab 5 Fall Leaves pins. When it's your turn she will send you a trade request. You tell her what pin you want, you put up a pin and the trade happens.

You have to be quick to get in.
The line moves one at a time... very slowly.
If you are not in the first 100 people, you probably won't get a pin tonight.

The Host will trade you any pin she is wearing for any pin you want to give her.
