Trading 75K worth of credit sprees!

I know a lot of you room-builders are low on credits this month with all the items coming out; so, I'm here to help.
I'm currently trading about 75K worth of credits. Below are items that I'm interested in, and (give or take) how much I would give per.

As for clothing, not interested in: gas mask, superhero costume, explorer outfit, or Christmas hats.
But for the most part, I'll do 5-10K for costume pieces.
I like Mickey Ears, Leroy, and Cowboy pieces, mainly.
Football outfit with helmet - FULL (3K)
Cheerleader outfits - FULL (3K)

These are just approximations per item; but there can be negotiation in the deals. These are my biggest wants, but I'm open to more offers.
However, I am not interested in the following:
Crate #1 Furniture
Silver Keys
Holiday Crate Items
Churro Carts
Holiday items (except gumdrops and ice cubes) - no candy canes, no soldiers, etc.
Snowman hat/Witch Hat/Stitch Space Helmet/Super hero Mask

I'm open to all offers, anyways! I like Halloween furniture as well. Post what you have and I'll see what I can do.
I'm most interested in doing the quick-trades for the BOLDED items, by the way!
