Unable to buy film for the quest (SOLVED)

So I'm in the midst of doing the President's Day quest, and It says to take a picture of the flag. However, when I go in to the shop and try to purchase film for the camera, it won't work. I have clicked the ' BUY ONE ' button multiple times but the transaction won't complete. I even tried to purchase the Camera + film, but that won't work either. Anyone else having this problem?

The camera is not needed All you have to do is wave. The picture part is just for fun.

I waved, but nothing's happening. I'm walking all over Times Square and theres nothing

I would relog, in case something is wrong with the quest. When you enter Town Square, the task should indicate that you need to wave.

I just waved and it continued for me
