I bought one a couple of weeks ago for 12k since they were going somewhere between 10-15k. Since then, I have seen several single hats go for 3-4k and a whole set for 10-15k.

That would be reasonable, individually. 20k for an invi. but it is rare to find someone who is willing to pay 5 fires worth for a magic that is a 5 star since you can't easily retrade it. So in my opinion,

It is still a pretty big deal considering it is a castle suit room even if it's not demanded. It's only not demanded because no one can afford it or will not risk their wealthy for it. I won't change the value but rather take out the value set.
