Which browser are you using?

I'm having a ton of trouble getting on to the game.
Only on google chrome is loads to the avatar part, but it looks like there is a warning message behind it.
It just get stuck on that page, I haven't been able to create my person yet.

I tried Internet Explorer, that was worse...and Safari....still nothing.

Is Mozilla Firefox working? I don't want to try downloading it if it isn't.

Mozilla is pretty good. I'm using that and it's working.

Have you tried clearing cookies in Chrome and doing a disk cleanup. Then restarting? When it first opened I had a lot of trouble, but these things helped it. I haven't been on in a couple hours, so I don't know what's happening now.

I've used chrome and mozilla fox is usually reliable

I think the problem is just the character-making page. Everyone's getting stuck around there. I used my brother's computer to make mine, then logged on on my laptop and got in fine. Maybe try another computer if you have one?
Other than that, I don't know, but I'm sure it'll get fixed soon.

Chrome. I tried Firefox many times, but it didn't work. I had to go on my hotspot to be able to click okay on the message. After I did that, I was able to create my character.

i've been using chrome, but some of my friends have had better luck with firefox.
hope it starts working!

Chrome works fine for me, but you should probably use Firefox if it keeps happening.
You could also do what StormDogs said

I been using chrome and no problems, firefox was a pain for me.
