9.5k is definitely possible with this seed...I would have got there if I hadn't made a few silly mistakes on the first level (had less than 1400 points at the end of level 1 when 1500+ is possible).

New seeds seem to score a lot better than they did in the past, or maybe I was just really bad I don't know but I'm finding it easy to pass 7000 when I never could before.
