I don't see it being avoided unless the person in question gets a talking to, which we know won't happen. Face it, this person is really the head of the forums, Amy and Grizzly don't hardly admin on the forums (or backend from what I see/know) much aside from either extreme issues or approving staff changes.
I'm not saying a ban based on inappropriate actions - however I would not be the least bit surprised to see there be a staff change (hint hint cough cough) in the future, as happened with Kevin.
