I don’t think it’s a big deal, just a high level discussion we are having about how the game is implemented. My life is software development so I mean I go through discussions like these day to day with my team at work and quite frankly I find it fun to debate code.

Yes, JavaScript is a synchronous language but that’s not how they are probably executing the processes. What you’re forgetting is JavaScript can also be executed asynchronously which is all the hype nowadays with dynamic development. I’m pretty sure they didn’t make the change to JavaScript...

A lot of what you mention are also design decisions. Yes the game is a recreation of the old. But old things can always be improved. And what you think something should be or should say was probably discussed among Amy and the other developers on how they wanted to be implemented. (Not arguing...
