Which is exactly why it is being done this way now! I will be the first to admit it was an error on our part for there being a chance to vote multiple times. Due to some members sabotaging it the voting is being done this way now, and we apologize for having this mix up in the voting process.

Yes The participation prize is given to everyone who submitted an egg, so no need to wait until voting is done. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place pins will be given once voting is complete.
