Pink and black berets are around 6k
bear rug shirt - no idea, it's retired way in the beginning so i would say around 4k at least
football referee top and pants - 3K each

Depends on the demand. I'd wait for the beginning of a month to sell them, thats when they are most wanted. You can sell SITS magic for 50 credits, so i'd say 100 each is a fair trade.
